This year’s theme, Digging Deep: Uncovering the Root Cause and Discovering Practical Solutions, focuses on identifying foundational issues that affect occupational therapy practice  and implementing effective, real-world strategies for meaningful change.
The conference program will feature a range of engaging, evidence-based sessions designed to address complex challenges in occupational therapy. With content spanning clinical practice, research, education, and policy, the schedule will highlight practical applications and evidence based solutions that support a diversity of settings.

 Hotel Reservations at Unicoi State Park and Lodge
Hotel accommodations should be booked directly through the Unicoi State Park and Lodge website. Upon completion of your event registration, you will receive a discount code via email. Rooms are available at a special rate of $169 per night with the use of this code. Room options include either two double beds or one king bed.

Student Volunteer Opportunities 

 

 Student Volunteers Wanted!

Our student volunteers are the heartbeat of the GOTA Annual Conference! In appreciation of your time and energy, each volunteer will receive a code for 50% off student registration.
Before signing up, please review the Student Volunteer Job Descriptions to find the role that best fits your skills and interests. Volunteers are expected to arrive Friday, May 23rd at 10:00 AM to assist with setup and stay until approximately one hour after the conference concludes on Sunday.
We have limited spots available, so don’t wait to sign up!
To apply:

  1. Complete Sections A & B of the Student Volunteer Nomination Form. 

  2. Have your program director complete Section C of the above form.

  3. Email your completed form to [email protected].
