**All sponsors equal to and above $500 are included in various advertisements during GOTA annual conference

General Sponsor Information:

• Sponsors/exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own logo tablecloth for use. Tables will be generally draped and skirted.
• Exhibiting companies are permitted up to two representatives stationed at their table.
• GOTA will provide two chairs at each table for the two representatives.
• Electrical may or may not be available pending site logistics. Please plan accordingly.
• Sponsors/Exhibitors are responsible for their own table set up and breakdown.
• Sponsors are not required to be present the entire day, but GOTA is offering that opportunity to you. We want your experience to be successful.
• Exhibit tables will be assigned by the GOTA Office.
• Expected unopposed exhibitor times Friday pm and Saturday am and/or pm

Please note:

• Exhibit tables will be assigned by the GOTA Office. No Exhibitor or Sponsor will be allowed into the Exhibit area earlier than 11:00 AM on Friday, Oct 18th, 2024.
• Expected unopposed Exhibit times are TBD, with two unopposed exhibitor times on both Friday and Saturday
